Sizing

All shirts are unisex cut unless otherwise specified in the listing. 

Turn Around Time

The majority of our business is made to order. If it is a stock item and ready to ship, it will be noted in the description. Orders are completed and shipped within 7 business days with the exception of major holidays. Turn around time can then be extended up to 14 days. Please keep that in mind when ordering. 
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES AFTER SHIPPING. Once you have received a tracking number it is out of our hands. If there is an issue with your package, please contact USPS. 

Returns 

Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept any returns on personalized items. Other items may be returned within 30 days.  

If you need to return an item, please email us at jen@theblackcottage.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
